The website provides general information about the firm, its investment approach and employment opportunities. You may view, download and print materials for lawful personal or internal informational use, retaining copyright, attribution and disclosure notices. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial redistribution, resale or misleading use of our identity.

Do not impersonate the firm, distribute malicious code, interfere with the website, bypass access controls, gain unauthorized access or use the site for unlawful activity. We may restrict access to protect the website or respond to misuse.

The Seven Measures name, VII mark and original website materials are owned by Seven Measures or used with permission, as applicable. When you contact us, we receive your email address, any name and contact details you supply, your message and attachments. We also receive subsequent correspondence about your enquiry or application.

Please send only relevant information. Do not include passwords, bank details, Social Security numbers or identity-document copies in an initial enquiry or application. Do not send another person’s private information without authority. Providing information is voluntary, but missing information may prevent us from responding or assessing an application.

Website information and cookies

Our website does not incorporate advertising pixels or visitor-analytics scripts, or offer contact forms, user accounts or résumé uploads. Enquiries and applications are sent through your email service.

Services that host, deliver and control access to the website may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages and access times. They may use cookies or similar storage for delivery, authentication or security. This notice does not claim that visiting involves no cookies or technical logging. Browser controls can restrict cookies, although this may affect access.

How information is used

Retention

Emails, résumés and related correspondence may remain on file after an enquiry is resolved or a hiring decision is made. Seven Measures has not adopted a single fixed retention period for all such records. Retention is determined case by case for correspondence, recruitment and recordkeeping purposes, subject to applicable legal requirements and any valid privacy request.

You may ask about retention or request deletion using the details below. A request may be limited by an applicable retention obligation, legal hold or other lawful basis to retain the record. Firm discretion does not override rights or duties imposed by law.

Security and processing locations

Email and online storage cannot be guaranteed secure. Use care when sending personal information and contact us if you believe information has been misdirected or compromised. Seven Measures operates in the United States; provider processing and storage locations depend on the services used. This notice does not promise storage exclusively in a particular state or country.

Requests and complaints

Contact [email protected], or write to the Austin legal correspondence address above marked “Privacy,” to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, other rights may include a portable copy, objection to or restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it, or opt-out from specified uses. These rights are not universal and may have exceptions.

Describe your request and the email address used to contact us. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an agent’s authority; do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process. We will handle applicable statutory requests within the legally required time and explain any refusal or permitted extension.

If you disagree with a response, email the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. Where law provides an appeal right, it will be handled under that law. You may also contact the relevant authority, including the Texas Attorney General. Nothing here restricts a protected privacy right or your ability to raise a concern with an authority.

Children and policy changes

Investment solicitations

Seven Measures does not accept outside investment capital. A request to send money, cryptocurrency or account credentials to invest with Seven Measures conflicts with that activity. Treat claims of guaranteed returns, managed accounts, paid trading groups or account-opening deposits made in our name as suspicious.

Recruitment communications

Applications are sent to [email protected] with a CV, relevant experience and reasons for applying. Independently verify unexpected requests for fees, equipment purchases, transfers, bank information or identity documents. Do not rely on a recruiter’s claimed connection to the firm or a message’s display name alone.

Check the source

Use contact details obtained independently from this website, rather than links or phone numbers in a suspicious message. Check the full sender and reply-to addresses. An apparent @sevenmeasures.com address is not conclusive proof: messages and accounts can be spoofed or compromised.

Our social profiles are LinkedIn, X and Instagram. Independently verify any unusual request received through social media.

Report and respond

Report suspected impersonation to [email protected]. Include sender details, relevant URLs and a description or screenshot where safe; do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents. Preserve the original message and avoid suspicious attachments.

If you transferred money, contact your bank or payment provider promptly. If credentials were exposed, secure the affected account through its official service. Investment-fraud concerns may also be reported through the SEC’s complaint channels or appropriate law enforcement. Reporting to Seven Measures does not replace those steps or guarantee recovery.
